The Diggeridoos compete in engineering design competitions against some of the brightest minds in the world. Below is our track record of competitions and their results.
2025 Not-A-Boring Competition
One of the seven teams that competed who were invited to come compete. We were able to push through and achieve second overall as well as first in the nation. We also received the NABC award for most innovative design.

2024 Not-A-Boring Competition
We were among the five teams specially invited to the 2024 competition. With relentless dedication, we successfully conducted our first dig at competition, marking a historic achievement as the first American team to do so. This accomplishment solidified our position as the best team in North America and the second globally.

2023 Not-a-Boring Competition
One of 6 teams invited back to the 2023 competition, we spent the week refining our design and building our future. Ready to come back and excel next year!

2021 Not-a-Boring Competition
Selected as 1 of 12 finalists out of nearly 400 international applicants to design, construct, and operate a micro tunnel boring machine.
